This is Van Cake and was created by Andy Saunders and 3 friends. At only 3.3ft high it is officially the lowest van in the world according to the Guinness Book of Records.

Created from a 1980 Type 25, it is actually road legal, can do around 80mph and, according to Andy, you could throw a mattress in the back and sleep in it.
