These are vintage stamps from the Republic of Dahomey. You may, like us, and have no idea where that is, so we had to look it up. The Republic of Dahomey is located off the West African cost (Click Here you if you would like to know more) and was renamed The People’s Republic of Benin in 1975 after a coup in 1972.

We just like the stamps featuring, of course, a WV Camper.
